Tried Spectrum for the first time as I am new to AZ. I went in convinced I needed new brakes and fully expecting to shell out quite a bit of money for them (and rotors). Another shop had told me my pads were worn down, and it wasn't the case as Spectrum pointed out. I appreciate their integrity. I ended up getting my oil changed and some air filters while I was there. It took longer than I expected to get an oil and filters changed, but I think they're operating on lower staffing levels due to COVID. I'll be back.
These guys are terrific, good pricing with no hard sells, they take of you and your auto.
