(Updated Review) I came back several times since the windshield incident and these guys are great. Families and friends are all coming here now. This is our neighborhood shop! (Old Review) My wife went to get an oil change that included a free car wash. She told me that the oil change was fine and fast and that people were nice. Going back to her car she noticed that the windshield was cracked. She called the manager and he did recognize that it wasn't there before and that the car wash caused this problem. She had to leave quickly and he said that he would call Cobblestone (they're using them for the car wash part) to see what they could do. Manager called her back quickly and they told her that Cobblestone said that they're not responsible for broken windshield and there's nothing they could do about it. They felt bad about but it doesn't change the fact that the windshield is broken.
Hi Rick. We're obviously very upset about this situation. Just to clarify we have contacted your wife and told her that our windshield replacement guy will contact her and have the windshield replaced at your house or at your shop. We'll also comp a couple of oil changes for the aggravation. We're also pretty upset at Cobblestone and their "never our fault" policy and we've stopped the car wash promotion and will no longer do business with them. This was sadly out of our control but we chose our partner and we 'll take the blame for that. Let us know if you can do anything else and hopefully you'll give us another chance.
