We are new to the area and was looking for an honest reliable auto shop to repair what we thought was a bad fuel pump. Spike was able to diagnose and fix our car within a very quick turnaround time. Based on local reviews, I brought my car in with an unknown type of electrical issue, understanding that this type of issue is usually very expensive and hard to diagnose. I had an idea, but electrical is often unpredictable. They found the fairly simple issue (although I had an idea, there's no way I would have been able to make sure of it on my own), repaired it, and other potential issues quickly and priced fairly. Although I likely got lucky that is was fairly easy, they still earned my trust going forward. I've had a lot of bad experiences with auto shops in the past, but not this time. Thank you guys for getting me going safely and with confidence again.
