Always honest and great service. I take my car here first (unless it is for warranty coverage and they tell me the same).

Had major service done for my car at Spectrum. Customer service was great and the car is performing better than it has in years. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Spectrum anytime I need work done. They also treat you like they want your business, which is harder and harder to find nowadays. Very pleased overall.

I pay extra for towing to have them work on my family's vehicles. These guys are really straight-up and honest. The best thing about Spike and the boys, is that they always underpromise and overdeliver. Done by 5:00, they say...I get a call at 3:00 telling me it's ready. Never any unnecessary recommendations from a "free 400-point safety check". Obviously, the repairs are done well, or I wouldn't go back, but they save me money when they can, and give it to me straight when it's gonna cost a little more. Highest recommendation possible.

I have been going there for some time now with both of our vehicles. They are prompt, friendly & courteous. I have had everything from oil changes to major repairs & they are very fair & honest. I have even contacted them on a weekend with an urgent request for first thing Monday & they got back to me over the weekend. It's also nice that they are now open on Saturdays. When I first started going there they weren't, so it's nice that they listen to customer feedback. I would highly recommend them for all of you service needs!
