Did my oil change in 30 minutes. They did want to charge me to check why my check engine light is on. But I can do that for free at AutoZone

Hello Laurann. First thank you for the review it's always greatly appreciated. Secondly we just need to clarify the misunderstanding/confusion when it comes to the check engine light code reading. We certainly can pull the code like an Autozone attendant would do (FYI a non-certified technician) and sell you a part that might solve your problem. Sometimes that might be enough but other times it might be a costly waste of time. In your case we had to go to phase two meaning that a ASE certified technician had to do more research using advanced software and tools. The last thing we want to do is to give you the wrong diagnostic and sell you parts (like we've seen Autozone do) that will not solve your problem and might cause more damage to your vehicle. What you get when you're done with us is a precise diagnostic. It's like when I feel sick, I can always listen to a friend for medical advice but when it comes down to my health I'll trust a certified physician.

By far THE BEST experience I've had dealing with car issues! Spike was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and not the least bit pushy (all things that are hard to come by as a woman). He invited me back to see exactly what was wrong with my car, explained the issue and even gave me a ride home. Work was done quickly and for a great deal. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

It's my first time taking my car at this shop. I was looking for something close and I've seen several good reviews about this shop. I needed my starter to be replaced, the price was good, new part was installed not re manufactured one. They did the work right away and the vehicle was done the same day. The car was clean, no hand grease stains. My car needed oil change as well and Spike took care of that included on the Price! Excellent service, I would go back in again for service.

Fair and trustworthy! I had called other shops for AC services and was quoted double the service charges because I had to break up the service in 2 trips but Spectrum was honest and fair and only charged the actual service cost without trying to charge me double.

These guys are awesome! They're all so friendly and knowledgeable.

This place was great. I called about 11:30 am and scheduled a oil change at 1:30. Went in and they were nice and quick with information. We to get a coffee and 30 mins later it was done and ready for pick up. Plus they gave me $10 off for the next oil change!
