05/27/2017 Came in to get a checkup and oil change. Spike and his team were again amazing. The quickest and most reliable car service I've ever had. They are the best team to leave my car with! Grateful for their service! ***UPDATE*** Came back today again for maintenance. Spike and his team were quick, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job! Still recommend them! Awesome! This was the first time coming here. I setup an appointment online and it was quickly confirmed. I came at 7 am and the shop was open and took my car quickly, noting everything I needed to be done. Spike and his staff are honest, hard working people! The price was nice as well. We will be coming back for future visits. ******* 12/30/2017******** Spike and his team save the day again. The day before Christmas Eve our car wouldn't start. We went next door to a Toyota dealership and they insisted it wasn't the battery, but the instrument panel cluster on our Prius. A week or so and over $700 later, we had our car. The very next day after my family and I got in the car, the car wouldn't start again and we were stranded. I called the dealership back up and they wouldn't budge for help and insisted still it wasn't the battery. We decided to take it into Spectrum. The next day Spike had correctly diagnosed it as a bad battery and quickly got our car back. Had I not been flustered and taken it there to the dealership in the first place, we'd be $700 richer :). Lesson learned. Spike and his team always do an awesome job and I'm very grateful for them. *******06/15/2021*********** Still take my cars into Spectrum Car Care. They are still the best. Reliable, fast, good price, and trustworthy!
