"Great service" The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Having not had work done here before I felt very comfortable that I was receiving great service at a fair price. And it was 1/2 of what the dealer wanted for the same job! Although I've always liked to do my own work whenever possible, I will not hesitate to use them again and may even give up doing some of my own. They know what they're doing!

"Friendly, quick and honest service" They did a great job providing friendly, quick and honest service. Instead of working too long on a problem that would be covered under warranty they just addressed other issues and had me take it to the dealer for the warranty work.

Spoke with Jack. He said the staff was friendly and the owner was nice and seemed to be honest.

"Great Personal Care & Professional Staff" This is an amazing place to take your car for repair/maintenance. TJ (Tim), Spike & Christian are great folks. TJ takes pride in work he does. He'll explain all work that needs to be done in great details so you know what is needs done!

"Honest and fair price!" I took my GMC Acadia in for an oil change and general check up. I needed brake pads and air filters during the inspection. I had just paid another car repair shop in Gilbert for air filters at my last oil change 4 months ago-I was told by Spectrum Car Care that there was no way that the filter had been changed-that is was a standard "industry trick" for a repair shop to charge you for a filter and not change it-they showed me my air filter and it was extremely dirty-this was very upsetting to me that I was taken advantage of by the other repair shop. Spectrum educated me on subject and documented the air filter was replaced-they also showed me the brake pads and why they were recommending I get new pads put on. I felt their customer service was outstanding and they were honest and ethical at a fair price. I will be taking my car back for any repairs needed as well as my daughters Acura-thank you!

"Quick" My last visit I was early, they started on my car right away and I was out fast. I never feel like they are trying to trick me into paying for something I don't need, and as a woman that has to go alone I never ever feel uncomfortable.
