Once more, the people in Spectrum Car Care took care of one of our three cars. We always take our cars there. They are very honest people, and that is difficult to find these days. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Been a customer of Spectrum Car Care for a while and I am very impressed with their level of service and customer care I receive each time I have to bring my car in for maintenance or repairs. Been here twice now and plan to only come here in the future. Compared to taking our vehicles to the dealer they don't try to up sale you or try to do any unneeded repairs. They have been honest and will tell you if they see a potential problem and if it's something that can wait to be fixed or not.

We have always trusted Spectrum with our vehicle repairs and maintenance. They have been honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find.

Service was excellent! I called one day about potential problem with brakes and was able to get in for service the very next day. They checked out my entire car and contacted me with a quote for the brake job as well as a recommendation for additional maintenance which my car needed. I got my car back the same day as well and it felt like my new car again!! Would highly recommend Michael and this company, they truly go above and beyond. And I have, thankfully, found my new mechanic!!

The team at Spectrum Car Care were professional, responsive, affordable, and very personable. I took my car in for a second opinion after having some issues at a previous shop in the area. They made it very easy to bring in my car and explained the issues in a way that I could easily understand. Before bringing it here, I called several other shops in the area and Spectrum Car Care came in several hundred dollars less. My car had a few different issues going on and there was initially some miscommunication however the team at Spectrum Car Care went out of their way to make it right. Special appreciation to Mike who personally made things right so that I could have my car in time for a family vacation. I typically don’t have great experiences at auto shops, so I wanted to make sure to share my experience and that I will happily do business with them in the future.

High marks for the team at Spectrum. This most recent visit surfaced when I was cursed with the vagueness of the engine light going on, and my own diagnostic tool disclosed a faulty thermostat in my '14 Jeep GC. Mike was able to fit me in... AND have it completed before my wife's need to take it to her workplace in the early afternoon of the same day. I only have a couple auto repair shops that I trust. I've been going to Spectrum for a decade. It's well-run, customer-centric, fair-priced, and an independently owned establishment that has always shown integrity. I have recommended friends to Spectrum Car Care, and I will continue to do so.
