Always excellent service!

I’m from out of state, looking on line I found this shop. My gut told me to take my truck here. I’m a retired mechanic of 52yrs. Paying to have work done is a hard pill to swallow. Spectrum helped my in many ways and gave me a fair price. We communicated ever step of the way. Even while I was the annoying customer standing at this counter after closing time on a Friday night, they got my truck done with a smile and I was back on the road again. Thank you for a job well done. PS, I will let you know how great it runs from what ever state I’m in. :)

5 Stars!! I’ve been so happy with Spectrum! I believe they treat their customers with honesty, which is sooo important with a auto mechanic shop. I have been going there for about 10 years? With 2 different trucks, GMC 1991 & Dodge 2000. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work on their vehicles! Owner, Michael, is Awesome & Justin, who seems to always work on my trucks is a fantastic mechanic! Happy Customer!

Had my Ford Escape serviced Sept.23rd. Mike and Zane, on his tech team, were able to quickly spot my coolant bypass hose needed urgent replacement. A few more miles or days in 100F+ weather could have caused serious damage and very costly repairs. I got a very thorough inspection report with digital pictures of the damaged hose and other areas of concern. In addition to the mechanical repairs and oil change, I came in with a hanging tailpipe from backing into an unseen boulder. They were able to successfully reattach it averting a full exhaust system replacement. I left beyond 100% satisfied, I got peace of mind knowing my car is good for many more miles in the desert.
