5 Stars!! I’ve been so happy with Spectrum! I believe they treat their customers with honesty, which is sooo important with a auto mechanic shop. I have been going there for about 10 years? With 2 different trucks, GMC 1991 & Dodge 2000. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work on their vehicles! Had my Ford Escape serviced Sept.23rd. Mike and Zane, on his tech team, were able to quickly spot my coolant bypass hose needed urgent replacement. A few more miles or days in 100F+ weather could have caused serious damage and very costly repairs. I got a very thorough inspection report with digital pictures of the damaged hose and other areas of concern. In addition to the mechanical repairs and oil change, I came in with a hanging tailpipe from backing into an unseen boulder. They were able to successfully reattach it averting a full exhaust system replacement. I left beyond 100% satisfied, I got peace of mind knowing my car is good for many more miles in the desert.
