I won a free oil change at my daughter's school for a school fund raiser to Spectrum Car Care. Before we went out of town, I needed an oil change and decided to give this place a chance. Let me say: I'm so glad I did! I get leery of auto places because of how many places out there will rip people off. My first encounter with the manager was great! The front office area was clean and neat. I assumed I'd be dropping my car off all day (my typical experience) and was pleasantly surprised when he said it would take about 30 minutes. He was correct too, I sat on their comfy couch and watched tv while I waited. He didn't try to upsale me any services. I even gave him a chance to tell me if there were any issues because we were going out of town and I didn't want car problems on the road. He said that I might need some brake service in a few months but he would physically show me on my car if anything need to be fixed in the future. I liked that. So many times car places will try to sell me transmission cleaning or fluid exchanges that aren't really needed. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent experience. Honest and great group of guys. Brought my car in on Christmas day and it was finished next morning. These guys rock!
