"Honest and fair price!" I took my GMC Acadia in for an oil change and general check up. I needed brake pads and air filters during the inspection. I had just paid another car repair shop in Gilbert for air filters at my last oil change 4 months ago-I was told by Spectrum Car Care that there was no way that the filter had been changed-that is was a standard "industry trick" for a repair shop to charge you for a filter and not change it-they showed me my air filter and it was extremely dirty-this was very upsetting to me that I was taken advantage of by the other repair shop. Spectrum educated me on subject and documented the air filter was replaced-they also showed me the brake pads and why they were recommending I get new pads put on. I felt their customer service was outstanding and they were honest and ethical at a fair price. I will be taking my car back for any repairs needed as well as my daughters Acura-thank you!

"Quick" My last visit I was early, they started on my car right away and I was out fast. I never feel like they are trying to trick me into paying for something I don't need, and as a woman that has to go alone I never ever feel uncomfortable.

As a father of a 21 year old girl I truly understand your concerns and this is exactly what our repair shop is about. We treat everyone with honesty and friendliness.

Fantastic! I didn't make an appointment and they handled my oil change immediately. There was no high pressure "you need this super high grade oil" or "you need a new air filter." They simply got the job done
