"Fast and friendly" Came to get my A/C checked and they were very upfront about what they were going to do, how much it would cost to fix it and the best part no pressure. Unlike the last place where they started taking things apart without my permission and even quoting me a price! No surprise, honest and great work. Would definitely recommand. Thanks!

"No pressure sales techniques" I like the fact that I'm not getting pressured to spend thousand of dollars everytime I go for an oil change. If there's something that needs to be fixed they tell me without going through the 51 inspection points list. They work hard and are knowledgable.

"Friendly and professional" Glad to have them close to my place. Clean and modern looking place with great customer service. The owner even gave me a ride to my place!

I took my 2013 Acadia into Spectrum to use the oil change special of $17.99-the car inspection discovered that I needed an air filter-I had just paid another repair shop "Car Life" for a new filter just 3 months prior-Dave at Spectrum educated me that no way was my filter changed ever and that is an industry "trick". Spectrum's honesty and educating me as a woman on how we get taken advantage of won them a client for as long as they are open! Btw they took care of the air filter at no cost...great guys!

Naturally whenever I have an issue with my car the person in charge tries to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. However, I didn't get that feeling when I visited Spectrum Car Care. I have a sort of knock in my car and I didn't have any clue what was causing it. I took it in and expected the staff to try to sell me a 100 new parts, but they drove it around until the heard the knock, did an inspection and fixed it painlessly. I'm very happy with their service and glad there are still good auto shops out there!

"Honesty. If its not broken theres no need to fix it." Just went there for a second opinion for my A/C and Im glad I did after finding that I just need a freon fill up instead of replacing the whole thing like what the other shop told me. I have sent many people,family and friends to Spectrum Car Care for repairs because of that..Spike is very knowledgeable, straightforward and honest.Thats what you will get here and they will give quality work and stand behind it.
