My friend recommended this shop because they were honest and kind and she was right. As soon as I got here I was greeted kindly, they took my car right in, they showed me something hanging from the bottom of my car and fixed it. I will be back here. It's hard, as a woman with no auto mechanic experience, to find mechanics that don't try to swindle you and nickle and dime you everywhere. This is the first time in my life I've gotten an oil change and they haven't tried to up sell me! Thank you!!!!

Todd and Spike were great. I came here for brake job and oil change and they were very thorough. Great couch and they even have Apple TV. No upsale or pressure sale tactic here. Will definitely come back. Thanks!

I came in at lunch to have my oil changed. The price was as advertised, with no up-sells. They said 30 minutes, and they delivered. Great service and great people.

My motorcycle literally died on my while I was at the sonic right next to spectrum care center and he saw I was in distress and asked if he could help me out. This staff was super friendly and helpful. Todd did an awesome job! Got my bike started in minutes and gave me some helpful tips for the future! This place is out of my way but next time I have vehicle troubles I'm coming here!

Took in a Buick for another opinion on a checkup and Spectrum really took special care about looking over all the car's issues. It was a recently purchased used vehicle and its been running like a champ since. I appreciate it!

Just found this place on Google and decided to stop by after reading the reviews. Very nice and clean place and I love that it's so close to our place. They even give me a ride back home!

Honest, integrity, willingness to fix a possible mistake or oversight - My Honda was in for oil change and check up a few weeks ago and the battery light was on. They checked it and said the battery was ok but the alternator might be failing. Well, it did while I was driving on the 60. I had to have it towed to a AAA facility. They checked it and in fact, it was the alternator (as well as a serendipitous find of the cabin air filter being completely clogged). AAA gave me a price to repair it with a 15% discount as a member. I called Spectrum and Spike offered to repair it for a better price than AAA and had it towed at their expense to their garage. He was willing to fix a possible oversight without any thoughts of problems for them. That's service!!!

Well, after 130,000 miles and 13 years of starts in my 2003 Dodge Stratus R/T the original starter finally broke! The Spectrum team fixed her up good and turns over faster than the original, should be good for another 13 years! Thanks Spike & Team! Tim, Chandler, AZ
