I’ve never been somewhere with better customer service than Spectrum. This last Saturday was my first time going to get my oil changed and not only was that service fast, but they informed me of something crucial my car needed done before our upcoming vacation that Monday. They were able to get the car in early Monday morning and done way before we needed to leave for vacation. Definitely going back next oil change

Spectrum Car Care of Gilbert,....I am impressed with the timely repair of my auto a/c unit; truly need the cool air, especially with the AZ Summer just around the corner. These guys were very professional and courteous, clean environment.

They were straight forward and efficient with their work. I really appreciated that they communicated proactively with me about what to expect and then hit their quote right on the money. I also didn't have to call to check in on progress, they called me before I had the chance.
